Dear Sir,
My wife and I purchased a Watertech Whirlpool Bath to replace a bath tub about seventeen years ago. We have been very happy with the unit all of these years.
Since then I recently became handicapped from a spinal chord injury. We conversed with Pete Paduch of this organization about how to help cope with my handicap with regards to solving some of my problems bathing.
I must commend Pete for the help and advice in resolving these problems and can't thank him enough.
I would recommend this organization to anyone contemplating the use of their services and products.

purchased one of your whirlpool tubs about
7 years ago. I chose one of your tubs after
looking at several tubs from "Famous" manufacturers
(Kohler, Jacuuzzi, etc).
In
this day of shoddy products and non-existant
customer service, I felt compelled to give
you a pat on the back for a great product
and superior service!
My
wife and I have used our tub almost every
day for the last 7 years and really enjoyed
it! The only other whirlpool tub we have
owned was made from cultured marble and showed
severe wear after only 3 years. While cleaning
out tub today, I realized that it still looked
as good as new!!!
I
complement you again for being a company
with integrity, so rare in our world today!

I'm
long overdue in writing your company to say
we are extremely happy with our
tub, which is of course to be expected, but
we are even more happy about our
experiences in dealing with your good people
there in Tennessee.
I
think the real test of a company and the
people who run it is when things
go wrong. Our tub arrived with some freight
damage, and we didn't even
discover it for several days, as it sat in
the garage wrapped in plastic
waiting for our plumber. When we pulled the
protective plastic back and saw
the big crack we were terribly distressed and
dreaded the process of
resolving the problem. I called, and now I
don't remember who answered --
probably either Mo or Tara -- but whoever it
was, I was immediately
reassured. The replacement tub arrived as soon
as could reasonably be
expected, and the company kept us informed
of progress every step of the
way.
We've
been enjoying our new tub for several months,
and have been
recommending this company to anyone who asks,
with no hesitation. We are
happy customers!

Watertech,
Several
years ago, we called you about our whirlpool
tub, which was not a Watertech tub. It came
with our new home. We immediately started
having problems with sediment and cloudy
water each time the tub was in use. Also,
the bottom of the tub bent and sagged every
time my husband stepped into it.
While
talking to one of your engineers we learned
how to clean the lines but found there was
nothing we could do about the sagging.
We
have now relocated and built a new home and
installed a Watertech tub. After going on
line and discovering your tubs have rigid
pipes instead of flex tubing and steel bases,
we hoped this would solve our problems. And
it did! No sediment, no cloudy water and
absolutely no sagging!
After
eight months we are thoroughly enjoying our
Watertech Whirlpool bathtub.

Dear Watertech,
I
purchased your Ultra tub about 5-6 years
ago and was extremely pleased with
it up until we sold the house. Recently
we moved into our new build and I
had my contractor Jim T. order my new
tub from you! Again, I am extremely
pleased with your 7236 EOW tub and it's workings. My contractor was impressed
with the quality of the tub as well as the quick shipping. The tub arrived
before the master bathroom was ready for it so a lot of the sub-contractors
working on the site were able to check it out too! The only thing I wish
it
had was a white pillow instead of black.
Once
again I would like to thank you for the efficient
service you have provided
me and my contractor, from initial

prides itself on our customer service. Even when your not our customer.
Dear Sir,
I came across your website today, and if I had know how superior
your product is to others, I would have purchased from you.
Unfortunately,
it's too late for that.
I
have a Clarke whirlpool tub that is set in
place and there is no way to get it out without
ruining my brand new bathroom.
I
have access to one side and the front and
back, from below... but that's about it.
I
noted *after* the install (duh) a small leak
below one of the jets. It appears to happen
even when the pump is not run. Luckily, the
tub is on a concrete slab (no wood to destroy)
but obviously I can't ignore that leak, and
for all I know it's leaking on the other
side too. I plan on getting some lights and
mirrors to look on that side.
Is
it possible to fix these leaks, or am I sunk?

It
sounds like you have a silicone leak. It
depends on the type of jets to see
how easy it is to take them out. But you
should
be able
to do the repair from inside the tub. You need
to contact Clarke and see what kind of jet
they use and they should be able to send you
a tool to take the face of the jet out, re-silicone,
and put it back in.

Dear staff at Watertech,
We received our whirlpool tub yesterday and
were very pleased and satisfied with the quality
and craftsmanship that went into our purchase.
Tennessee has always been our favorite place
to visit and vacation because of the friendly
and sincere people there, and the people we've
talked to at Watertech were no exception.
However, I want to make you aware of the condition
the packaging was in when I received the tub,
as it may be of use to you or your customers
in the future.
I cringed when I first saw the carton because
of its abused state. Apparently at one point
the box was completely disassembled because
all of the staples were unattached and the lid
was sitting loosely on top of a carton, which
had the this end up stickers pointing
down, along with the upside down Dont
use fork lift sticker. The cardboard was
very beaten up and I was afraid of what I would
find inside. We looked it over very carefully
though, and were relieved to find that the tub
had no visible damage and everything seemed
to be in order.
Again I want to thank everyone at Watertech
for the quality whirlpool tub, the great service,
and honest, friendly advice from your sales
people. It's been a fun experience for my wife
and I.

Hello!
I
am writing to let you know that you have a sensational
website, to go along with your sensational tubs.
We are customers, as we purchased a 6048 tub
from you about 4 years ago, for a new home.
We had several people advise us AGAINST putting
a large whirlpool tub in our home (including
our contractor, and other people with oversized
jetted tubs in their homes) ...BUT from the
moment we first used it, we knew we had made
the right decision! We loved it!
We
have since moved, and are really missing our
Watertech tub. So, we're checking into replacing
our existing master bathroom tub with another
Watertech. I spoke to Wayne earlier, and he
faxed us the spec sheet so we can do all the
measuring (for placement and access) and talk
to our plumber. (We're looking at the 6048 and
the 6043, but will probably go for the 6048
because of the cost difference.) I've also spent
some time at your website, which prompted this
letter.

As
president of your Watertech Company, I knew
you would enjoy receiving a sincere compliment
about your extraordinary customer service.
My
husband and I added onto our master bedroom,
a new room to house one of your deluxe two-person
jetted tubs (model #7254PW). The unit is beautiful
and we have enjoyed its use since it was installed
in May of 2001.
Unfortunately,
the decorative brass rings around all eight
jets began to darken and the finish deteriorated
(we used no bubble bath products). I called
the Watertech number on the brochure we'd saved
and was told to return the rings for replacements.
I was amazed to find the box returned to me
in less than one week, filled with beautiful
new brass rings for the tub.
In
an age where personal assistance and caring
has been replaced with Internet mailings, I
was delighted to receive such great service.
The
ladies on the phone were so polite and so helpful.
The prompt delivery was incredible. I'm glad
we chose Watertech from all the brands available
at Lowes!

want to thank all the people I have spoken with
at Watertech, since I ordered by tub (especially
Moe, Mel and Roger Brown). I was very hesitant
about ordering a tub through a company I found
on the Internet, located so far away from Massachusetts
and having no place to go and actually view
the tub.
However,
your website is extremely informative and your
literature is very well presented. But the main
reason I decided to order with you was the people.
Every time I called, for whatever reason, your
staff at Watertech has been so helpful and thorough.
The
customer service I received when I first called
with questions about your tub, when I ordered
my tub, when there were delivery problems with
the tub, installation questions, when the tub
was delivered with the drain on the wrong side,
and finally when a piece of the metal motor
mounting put a hole in my brand new tub (which
I hadn't even been in yet), the customer service

I

whirlpool tub (order #xxx). I'd like to start
by saying the tub is installed and runs great.
The heater is something I'd recommend to anyone.
We really enjoy it. However, the main reason
