Q.What happens if we need service or have a warranty issue?

A. Watertech has a nationwide network of service technicians to handle any problem you may encounter. A. In general, Watertech ships whirlpools 1 to 3 weeks after an order is placed with most orders shipping in 10 working days. For customers needing delivery more quickly to accommodate their building schedule, we offer an expedite shipping program. Q. What is your warranty?

A. Watertech's warranty covers each whirlpool bath and optional component ordered for 1 year beginning on the date of delivery. Each pump carries a Lifetime warranty. Q. What is the difference between a 2HP and 3HP pump?

A. All pumps are 110 volt and require a 20 amp GFCI dedicated circuit. A 2 HP pump is 8.5 amps and a 3 HP is 10 amps. The size of each pump has been determined by engineering standards according to the whirlpool model.

Q. What colors are available?

A. Watertech offers a large color selection in addition to the industry standard of white and bone including designer marble and granite colors. Designer colors are identical matches to all plumbing manufacturer's sinks, showers, commodes, etc. Beautiful marble and granite acrylic colors, while used predominately in outdoor spas and hot tubs, are also available in any of our whirlpools.
