The
"DOs and DON'Ts" of receiving and installing
your new Watertech Whirlpool Bath:
In
order to assure that your new Watertech Whirlpool Bath
is properly installed and warranteed,
be certain to follow these procedures when taking delivery
of and installing your new tub.
1.
Before signing for delivery, do a comprehensive visual
examination of your new tub to check for any damage
and to make certain all parts are in your shipment.
If problems are found, notify your sales person BEFORE
signing invoice.
2.
Never allow your tub to be lifted or carried
by the pipes.
3.
BEFORE INSTALLING INDOORS, do a water test OUTSIDE:
Fill your tub to approximately 2" above the highest
jet. Turn tub on to check for any leakage. If any
problems are found, notify your sales person immediately.
4.
Cement mortar MUST be used by your contractor beneath
the tub bottom as codes require in order to allow for
a rigid tub bottom.
5.
Be certain that once your tub is installed, you have
adequate access to the pump assembly. Make one final
water check for leaks before final tub enclosing.
IMPORTANT!
BEFORE INSTALLING, READ AND REVIEW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
WITH YOUR CONTRACTOR.
